36 Social housing construction in Seville
In this project we were asked to develop a social housing building as well as its complete construction process. The main problem of the plot was its obligatoriness to be on the edge of the plot. That made us consider as the most situable option, the creation of three interior courtyards connected on the ground floor and connected in the upper floors by gangways. Also the wrapping of the building was a very important aim, allowing us to play between public and private with the metalic fabric. Finally we were also obligated to introduce a public service, in this case a nursery.
