Deep Hub City, Future holidays city, Nowhere
Thinking about a sustainable city for spending holidays in future, the contest programme told us about a ecological city that could, in some way, retain the natural essence of earth, that was supposed to be extincted in 2050 (the year of the projects setting).
We researched about modifiable cities that could augment or reduce according to demand. Doing this, we studied about Hub Cities, and their developement over the sea, allowing them to travel all over the world. Different sections at different levels could be modified and moved around the world, creating different spaces and buildings that made this project a really interesting research topic about low cities and sustainability. The project was considered as a finalist in the national architecture competition of Sika.
